About Alan Look
Hi. I've lived my life in the Central Illinois region, both in a small city and in rural areas. I was drawn to photography early in life, around 6 years of age by my older brothers 3rd grade teacher who spent an afternoon showing us how to develop black and white photos in her dark room. I've been hooked ever since. I'm better known for my sports photography which supplements my income. My sports photographs have been published internationally in over 40 countries on 6 continents in some of the finest magazines, newspapers, and books. Many images are also in constant use on the Internet. Several of my automotive shots have been used by some of these same publications. Here at FineArtAmerica you will find images I have taken...

not a problem Tom. It's been a long time since I shot this, but I believe it was either on film or slide, probably film. I'm nearly positive it is a scan. I have a series of at least 20 of these guys jumping, but the last 5 or 6 are the most striking.

Hi Al, I keep coming back to this nice shot. Would you consider placing it my Group "The American Flag".

Thanks Tom. So is this the 101st or the 82nd? I'm pretty sure they were out of Kentucky.

Nice shot Al, The colors popping and the moment of hitting the shutter is just perfect. Not to mention my dad was a Green Bret with the 82nd and I got to watch many jumps.
