Description
31 July 2015: Anchor Illinois. A grain elevator in a midwest town is needed for trade and to keep the agricultural breadbasket of the world functioning. They also double as landmarks and help to give small communities identities. They are often thought of as midwestern skyscrapers as they can define a skyline and are often taller than even a towns water tower.
