WOW, I really like blue back ground. Between the reflection and what appears to be the skip marks this image belongs framed and on a wall.

You are going to make me fess up aren't you? The blue background is simply a pan full of blue colored water. The white is a drop of 2% milk. The tracks that look like a skip are really the first drop that I missed and when I set up to do it, I completely forgot that the milk would not just blend in. So it's a mistake and maybe a lucky shot all in one.
